The purpose of MCEDC's Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is to provide gap financing for the development and expansion of small businesses within Morgan County. It is a self-replenishing pool of money, utilizing interest and principal payments on old loans to issue new ones.

Maine State Child Care Infrastructure Grant Program
